Omar Santos, CEO & CIO

Omar Santos, Columbia University (24’), special concentration in Business and second concentration in Sociology. Prior to co-founding Xiub Capital, Omar has worked at Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, and a leading municipal financial advisory firm in roles with a focus on investment management. Omar has also advised the G20 Council during the 2019 G20 Summit in Japan as a published writer on International Trade. As the CEO of Xiub Capital, his main responsibilities include portfolio management, equity/macro research, and strategic decision-making. During his free time, Omar enjoys biking, traveling, and watching Scorsese films.

Senior Associate, Equity and Global Macro Research

Eric Wong

Eric Wong, Princeton University (‘23), major in Economics, with a certificate in finance. In the past, Eric has worked for the New York City Office of Management and Budget and was a founding member of Pegleg Prep. At Princeton, he is involved with Princeton Non-Profit Consulting and Matriculate. At Xiub, Eric works mainly in equity/macro research and Xiub-Tech initiatives, providing insightful investment ideas and analyses. During his free time, he likes to play field hockey, swim, and read.

 

Associate, Equity and Volatility Research

Sahibdeep Singh

Sahibdeep Singh, Baruch College (‘22), major in Finance. Previously, Sahib has worked at BlackRock and Bank of America in roles focused on credit markets and financial services with a focus on generating consistent risk-adjusted returns for investors. At Xiub, Sahib is responsible for coverage on a variety of thematic sectors such as Consumer Cyclicals and Real Estate. Additionally, Sahib is a senior trader on the derivatives/volatility desk, where he evaluates quantitative movements in indices and single-name stocks. In his free time, Sahib dances Bhangra, volunteers at Gurdwara, and teaches Punjabi to young children.

 

Associate, Equity and Global Macro Research

Zuwei Li

Zuwei Li, University of Southern California (‘24), World Bachelor in Business. Previously, Zuwei has worked at Morgan Stanley focusing on data analysis across finance sectors such as within M&A and Global Capital Markets. At Xiub, Zuwei is responsible for coverage on Information Technology and quantitative model development. Additionally, Zuwei works on the global macro strategy desk, where he regularly conducts research on the fixed income markets and the global economy. In his free time, Zuwei enjoys hiking, dancing, and reading philosophical works.
